Order and quotes:
Every service is subject to a detailed quote. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote, accompanied, if applicable, by a deposit.
Prices and payment:
Prices are expressed in euros and exclude taxes. Payment is made via bank transfer or other means accepted by UNOVATES, as specified in the quote or invoice.
Deadlines and deliveries: The completion deadlines are indicative and may be adjusted according to changes requested by the client or technical unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual property:
UNOVATES retains ownership of the creations until full payment has been made. Once settled, the transfer of rights is specified in the contract or quote.
Cancellation and withdrawal:
Any confirmed order is firm and final. In the event of cancellation by the client after the project has commenced, the amounts committed remain due.
Disputes:
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
