Services Offered:

UNOVATES SAS offers customized graphic design, UI/UX mockup creation, and webflow development services, depending on the client's needs.

Orders and Quotes:

All services are subject to a detailed quote. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote, accompanied by a deposit, if applicable.

Prices and Payment:

Prices are in euros and exclude taxes. Payment is made by bank transfer or other method accepted by UNOVATES SAS, according to the terms specified on the quote or invoice.

Deadlines and Deliveries:

Production times are provided for informational purposes only and may be adjusted based on changes requested by the client or unforeseen technical issues. Intellectual Property:

UNOVATES SAS retains ownership of the creations until full payment has been made. Once paid, the transfer of rights is specified in the contract or quote.

Cancellation and Withdrawal:

All confirmed orders are firm and final. In the event of cancellation by the client after the project has been launched, the amounts paid remain due.

Disputes:

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
